Motorola exhibited brand new Smartphone at IFA’s Berlin Conference known as Motorola One. The phone has obtained a lot of attraction due to its unique hardware design which was similar to premium Android smartphones. Just after few weeks of the announcement, Motorola is all set to launch the successor of above phone known as Motorola One Power.

Motorola declared on its Twitter handle that it will launch Motorola One Power smartphone in India on September 24. The firm hasn’t yet declared the price of a smartphone, however, it is expected that its price will be around Rs 15,000.

As mentioned before, the design of the Motorola One and Motorola One Power is somewhat different as compared to other Motorola such as a latest Moto-G series device or premium Moto X. The major change you will notice is the notch which consists of a front camera module and other important sensors. The notch is wider than expected however it is suitable for a smartphone of 6.2 inch (17.5cm) 19:9 Max Vision Full HD+ display.

The phone features a dual-camera setup at the back including a circular fingerprint sensor with Motorola branding. The main difference between Motorola One and Motorola One Power in case of design is its latter sports aluminum body. Motorola One showcases more premium look including a glass panel at the back.

The smartphone is based on the Google’s Android One programme, which means that you will receive timely Android updates. Android One support on the device also offers stock Android experience. It is also expected that phone will receive Android Pie update.

Motorola One Power Specifications

Motorola One Power will run on Android Oreo 8.1. It consists of a 6.2-inch full-HD+ LCD Max Vision display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The device features an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, backed up by Adreno 509 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It features dual rear camera which includes a 16MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. Also, it features a 12MP sensor at the front.

The smartphone has 64GB of inbuilt storage and it is further expandable to 256GB via microSD card. It also offers huge 5,000mAh battery which can last for 2 days on a single charge.
